Girish Mehta
Principal Engineering(P.E, LSRP)
Mr. Mehta has over 30 years of experience in environmental due diligence, engineering and planning, site remediation, and health and safety consulting. He is also a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (“LSRP”). He established Prestige Environmental, Inc. in 1993, with a focus on providing quality environmental and engineering services in the tri-state area. Mr. Mehta has significant experience with consulting on large-scale environmental remediation projects. Clientele includes federal, state and municipal government, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate firms and developers, public sector services, industrial and manufacturing corporations, small businesses, small and big-box retail corporations, utilities and law firms.
Mr. Mehta received his Masters of Science in Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and is a Professional Engineer licensed by the New Jersey Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
Xerxes Antia
Senior Associate (P.E., LSRP)
Mr. Antia will be directing and managing all environmental aspects of the project. Mr. Antia also has over 25 years of experience as an environmental professional engaged in environmental impact assessments, feasibility studies, property assessments, remedial investigations, site cleanups, project management, and quality assurance and quality control. His expertise includes compliance assessments, contamination delineation and remediation, waste characterization, development of remedial options and detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and formulating and implementing quality assurance and quality control programs. Mr. Antia conducts preliminary assessments, site investigations, and remedial investigations in a variety of complex site settings. He has played key engineering role in assessment, investigation and remediation of numerous federal facilities and private industrial sites.
Mr. Antia received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and is a Professional Engineer licensed by the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers.
Chris Del Monico
Associate
Chris is an Associate at Prestige Environmental, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience and joined Prestige Environmental in February 2022. He has a diverse background with environmental investigations and remediation activities ranging due diligence programs, site investigations, remedial actions, remedial construction, and O&M. Chris has experience with numerous remedial actions including in-situ thermal remediation, bioremediation, chemical oxidation remediation, groundwater recovery and treatment systems, soil-vapor extraction systems, underground storage tank removals, and excavations with offsite disposal.
Chris received a B.A. degree in Geology from Hartwick College in 1998. His work has been presented or published at The Annual International Conference on Soils, Sediments, and Water; and the Society of American Military Engineers Joint Engineer Training Conference & Expo.
Tom Schutzer
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Schutzer is a Professional Engineer licensed by the New Jersey Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and New York State Engineering and Land Surveying and Delaware Association of Professional Engineers.
Kayleigh Feder
Project Coordinator
Ms. Feder’s expertise includes environmental assessments, design, planning, implementation of long-term remediation projects, site remediation, and business development. Ms. Feder joined Prestige Environmental, Inc. in January 2014 with a focus on preparing proposals and bids, marketing, Phase I & II Environmental Assessments, Site Investigations and Planning.
Ms. Feder received her Bachelors of Science in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University in 2015.
Kevin Geiger
Senior Environmental Scientist
Mr. Geigers expertise includes Phase I & II Environmental Assessments, Site Investigations, preparing drawings, Environmental Modeling, Environmental Assessments, Due Diligence, Engineering, and preparing appropriate project-related reports. Mr. Geiger joined Prestige Environmental, Inc. in 2016 as an environmental scientist.
Mr. Geiger graduated from Rutgers University with Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science in 2015.
Jeremiah Mansaray
Project Manager – Field Operations
Mr. Mansarays expertise in the field includes UHOT Tank Removals, Phase I or Environmental Site Assessments, Site Investigations, Phase II Investigations, Groundwater Sampling and Well installations/closures. Jeremiah also provides construction oversight on small and large-scale environmental projects. In addition to field work, he supports LSRP efforts by preparing appropriate project-related reports. Mr. Mansaray joined Prestige Environmental, Inc. as an environmental technician.
Mr. Mansaray received his Masters of Science in Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
Matthew Gandy
Project Manager
Mr. Gandys expertise includes soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installations oversight, construction oversight, remedial actions on small and large-scale environmental projects. Mr. Gandy joined Prestige Environmental, Inc. in 2021.
Mr. Gandy received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Moravian College in 2016.
Archana Dave
Office Manager
Ms. Dave focuses on creating user friendly interface for managing project deadlines, task lists and reminders associated with regulatory permits, licenses and reporting requirements, online forms, built in workflow, and escalating e-mail notifications of critical activities. Ms. Dave is responsible for day to day tracking of data and centralizing of documents into a single web based interface which is remotely accessible to all staff members.
Ms. Dave received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Holker Science College in India and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Applications from the University of Bombay, India.\
Nehal Mehta
Office Manager
Ms. Mehta focuses on the day to day responsibility of interacting with clients and vendors, organizing meetings, managing databases and invoices, implementing company procedures, maintaining administrative systems and working closely with other departments such as human resources.
Ms. Mehta received her M.B.A in Marketing from Rider University.
